1. Customer engagement, keep in touch with customer case and take a troubleshooting if any problem found.

Sebagai bagian dari upaya penyaluran kreativitas dan inovasi siswa/i SMA/K/sederajat, Mechanical Fair mengadakan lomba kompetensi siswa dibidang teknik mesin dan karya ilmiah. Lomba tersebut meliputi lomba karya tulis ilmiah, lomba welding, lomba metrologi, lomba CAD, lomba CAD CAM, dan lomba PLC. Kegiatan lomba dilaksanakan secara online untuk babak penyisihan dan offline untuk babak final. Babak final dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Mei 2024 berlokasi di Kampus Sekip DTM SV UGM untuk LKTI dan Lab Grafika DTM SV UGM untuk lomba welding, metrologi, PLC, CAD, dan CAD CAM.
