1. understand product structure, process equipment, responsible for process discipline inspection;
2. Prepare translation standards and process documents in Bahasa Indonesia;
3. Responsible for on-site process technical support and solution, process implementation supervision and assessment;
4. Responsible for the formulation of site general process improvement plan;
5. In-depth study of assembly and debugging accessories and energy utilization to improve the utilization rate of auxiliary materials;
6. Solve general process quality problems;

Qualification:
– Minimum education D3 Mechatronics / D3 Engineering
– Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Leader in the appropriate field for this position.
– Have good leadership, Problem Solving, and Time Management skills
– Understanding PLC + HMI (new selection and modification)
– All Motors (Servo, Stepper, Induction)
– Able to operate Ms. Office (especially Excel)
– Understanding the Cleanroom area (a plus)
– Understand SCADA and Networking
