Bhimasena Power Indonesiais a newly established foreign investment company that will supply electricity 2 X 1000 MW to the grid system located in Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. As one of independent power producer in Indonesia, we dedicated Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology to support electricity supply in Indonesia through strongly consider the environmental aspect.
We are now seeking for highly qualified and dynamics personal to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) organization with the following position :
> Jr. Mechanical Turbine Technician (JR-MT TECH) (2 Persons)
Job Descriptions :
- Read Work Order description and prepare the tool and work method before go to Control Room
- Understand and follow PTW rule
- Carry out the maintenance task as required by WO
- Follow HSE rules during undertaking the works
- Report to Turbine Supervisor once the work finished
- Consult with Supervsior if he has a doubt during undertaking maintenance works
- House keeping of working place
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 (Diploma III) University Fresh Graduated, majoring Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to do fast learning and persue as Turbine Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
- Computer and English literate.
- Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java
> Coal Handling & HE Jr. Technician ( CH & HE JR TECH )
Job Descriptions :
- Read Work Order description and prepare the tool and work method before go to Control Room
- Understand and follow PTW rule
- Carry out the maintenance task as required by WO
- Carry out the maintenance task regarding lubrication oil & grease on various equipments at coal and Ash handling area
- Follow HSE rules during undertaking the works
- Report to Coal and Ash Handling Supervisor once the work finished
- Consult with Superior if he has a doubt during undertaking maintenance works.
- House keeping of working place
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 (Diploma III) University Fresh Graduated, with major in Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to do fast learning and pursue as Coal and Ash Handling Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
- Computer and English literate.
- Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java
> BOP Jr. Technician ( BOP-JR TECH )
Job Descriptions :
- Read Work Order description and prepare the Tool and Work Method before go to Control Room
- Understand and follow PTW rule
- Carry out the Maintenance Task as required by WO
- Follow HSE rules during undertaking the Works
- Report to BOP Supervisor once the work finished
- Consult with Superior if he has a doubt during undertaking Maintenance Works.

- Minimum D3 (Diploma III) University Fresh Graduated, with major in Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to do fast learning and pursue as BOP Technicians at O&M especially at Maintenance Section of large Coal Fired Power Plant
- Computer and English literate.
- Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java
> Boiler Junior Mechanical Technician ( BO-JR MECH TECH )
Job Descriptions :
- Read Work Order description and prepare the tool and work method before go to Control Room
- Understand and follow PTW rule
- Carry out the maintenance task as required by WO
- Follow HSE rules during undertaking the works
- Report to Boiler Supervisor once the work finished
- Consult with Superior if he has a doubt during undertaking maintenance works.

Requirements :
- Minimum D3 (Diploma III) University Fresh Graduated, with major in Mechanical Engineering
- Willing to learn as Boiler Junior Mechanical Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
- Fair knowledge of spoke and written English
- Fair computer literate
- Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java
> Lubricant Jr. Technician (LB-JR TECH)
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct oil sampling and oil analysis for all equipment as per schedule and as per requisition
- Support analyzing, reporting, and give recommendation based on oil analysis result test
- Reporting for summary weekly and monthly of lubrication issues
- Keep and care Condition monitoring tools in good quality
- Supporting maintenance activities regarding to alignment and balancing activities
- Supporting for Lubrication activities such as prepare supply and replacement oil for main oil tank of large equipment in Boiler Area
- Supporting for Lubrication activities such as prepare supply and replacement oil for main oil tank of large equipment in Coal Handling Area
- Supporting CBM Sr. Technician activities regarding to conduct vibration activities
- Supervise helper
- To be ready for standby on call during out of office working hour for Lubrication issues
- Support control and Monitor Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety implementation related to lubricant activities
- During mobilization period: collect, compile and make complete database documentation in hardcopy and softcopy related with construction and commissioning activity (drawing, commissioning procedure, test result, O&M Manual, etc) for preparation in setting PM activity and follow training licensed for forklift
Requirements :
- Minimum Senior High School or Vocational High School with major in Mechanical or Automotve Engineering ( please attach Graduation Certificate, Academic Transcript & National Examination Result )
- Minimum Fresh Graduate or 1 years working experiences as Lubricant Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
- Maximum age is 27 years old
- Be able to operate computer and basic program (MS Office)
- Good in English is mostly considered
- Willing to work hard
- Willing to work in emergency work at site
- Having Jobseeker card (Yellow card) from Indonesia Department of Labour
- Good attitude and no criminal record, be proven by Police Clearance Certificate from Police Office (SKCK)
- In a good health and no consumption of drugs, be proven by Drugs-free certificate from Doctor or Hospital.
- Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
